Explore the home to learn stories of the Mayo and Cosgrove families who lived here before founding the Mayo Clinic and the Green Giant Company. W. W. Mayo hand-built the Gothic-style home in 1859 and set up his first medical practice in a room upstairs. The site is managed by the Mayo House Interpretive Society.
